This is a divorce case.

Pending a final determination in the parties' divorce action, the trial court ordered the husband to pay pendente lite support totalling $1,341.66 per month, composed of $787.00 per month in child support and $554.66 per month in house payments. The wife maintained custody of the parties' two minor children and continued to reside in the marital home.
