Howard A. Seigfreid, t/d/b/a Howard Seigfreid Excavating (Seigfreid), and Thomas H. Ross Inc. (Ross), bring these cross-appeals from the August 29, 1990 judgment awarding both parties contract damages plus interest.

This case arose out of a series of contracts between Ross, a general contractor, and Seigfreid, a subcontractor and owner and operator of an excavating business. In his complaint, Ross alleged Seigfreid had breached two contracts...
