In case No. 88-1113 a jury found appellant Latimore guilty of one count each of distribution of phencyclidine (PCP), distribution of marijuana, possession of PCP with intent to distribute it, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute it.1 Since Latimore was nineteen years old at the time of sentencing, the court sentenced him under the Youth Rehabilitation Act...
