The United States brought an in rem complaint for forfeiture against certain property, viz., an automobile allegedly "used, or ... intended for use ... to transport, or ... facilitate the transportation" of cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(4), and $68,000 in cash, allegedly "intended to be furnished ... in exchange for a controlled substance...." id. § 881(a)(6). Appellant Giovanni Castiello filed a timely claim to the property...
