ELLIS, Justice.

Appellant, Milton Develle Cleveland, appeals his judgment of conviction for the offense of delivery of a simulated controlled substance, namely cocaine. Tex. Health and Safety Code Ann. § 482.002 (Vernon Pamph 1991). The jury rejected appellant's not guilty plea and, after finding the two enhancement paragraphs of the indictment to be true, assessed punishment at twenty-five years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department...
