ROBERTSON, Justice.

Relator, defendant in the underlying litigation, was involved in an automobile/motorcycle accident resulting in the deaths of Ron Morris, Jr. and Elizabeth Munson. Relator sought counseling from John A. Wise, Ph.D., a Clinical Psychologist, and was subsequently ordered to continue such therapy as a condition of probation for the criminal charges that arose out of the accident.
