The St. James Parish School Board found a school principal, Clifford G. Baker, guilty of willful neglect of duty and demoted him to classroom teacher. Baker filed a petition for judicial review in the 23rd Judicial District Court, which on September 6, 1990 affirmed the school board's disciplinary action. On further review, we find that the testimony and evidence are supportive of what the school board did...
