Defendant, William Young, was indicted on one count of armed violence (Ill.Rev. Stat.1987, ch. 38, par. 33A-2), one count of intimidation (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 38, par. 12-6(a)(1)) and one count of unlawful use of weapons (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 38, par. 24-1(a)(7)). The circuit court found him unfit to stand trial (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 38, par. 104-10 et seq....
