OPINION

KOEHLER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a denial of a writ of habeas corpus. We reverse the trial court's denial of the writ.

On October 5, 1989, the Appellant pled guilty to two indictments (Cause Nos. CRA-16,059 and CRA-16,064) charging him with credit card abuse and he was sentenced to three years' probation.
