Jesse Stuck (Stuck) appeals the denial of his application for habeas corpus relief from his habitual offender conviction. We affirm.

FACTS

In March 1987, Stuck was convicted of one count of aggravated assault in connection with a stabbing incident in Huron, South Dakota.
