On October 16, 1989, the trial court denied a motion by Travelers Mortgage Service (Travelers) to dismiss tax petitioner Ron Ohr's application for an order directing the county clerk to issue a tax deed. Pursuant to a hearing held on January 22, 1990, the trial court ordered the tax deed to be issued to Ohr.
