This is an interlocutory appeal brought by defendants as a matter of right under Supreme Court Rule 307(a)(1). The defendants appeal the court's order of December 20, 1989, which denied defendants' motion to dissolve injunctions "implicitly created" by orders entered on April 7 and April 18, 1989. The court subsequently denied defendants' motion to reconsider on January 18, 1990 and that order is also appealed.<...
