Otis Franklin Wimberly appeals his jury conviction for distribution of "crack" cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 843(b). Wimberly assigns as error the district court's1 denial of his motion to suppress his confession, and its exclusion of evidence concerning the circumstances of his confession.
