Thomas Faulhaber appeals his conviction on eight counts of securities fraud, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78j(b), 78ff, 17 C.F.R. 240.10b-5(a), four counts of bank fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and one count of mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1341.
