This appeal arises from the superior court's division of marital property in the divorce proceeding of Cynthia George Miles and William Charles Miles. Cynthia contends that the superior court abused its discretion by holding that William's lobbying practice, Miles & Associates, had no goodwill value or that any such goodwill would be unmarketable.
