CONOVER, Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Perry Frey (Frey) appeals his conviction of Battery with a Deadly Weapon, a class C felony. IND. CODE 35-42-2-1(3).

We affirm.

Frey presents two restated issues for our review:

1. whether sufficient evidence existed to support his conviction of battery with a deadly weapon; and 2. whether the trial court erred in admitting his written statement to the police into evidence.
