Appellee Goudy & Stevens, Inc. instituted this action in admiralty to enforce a lien for materials and labor furnished for the construction of the vessel WARRIOR. Appellants Cable Marine, Inc., 16th Street Properties, and the WARRIOR counterclaimed to recover damages suffered as a result of the sinking of the vessel while tied up to appellee's dock. A judgment entered into by the parties prior to trial disposed of the original claims...
