In this appeal we are asked to decide whether a negligently inflicted emotional injury is compensable pursuant to the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq. (1986) (FELA). The trial court held that it was not and entered summary judgment for defendant. We agree and therefore affirm.
