This is an appeal by the respondent L.J. from a juvenile delinquency adjudication for unlawful sale of cocaine and unlawful possession of cocaine. The central issue presented for review is whether the trial court erred in denying the respondent's motion for a judgment of non-delinquency as to the unlawful possession of cocaine charge; no point on appeal is raised with respect to the finding of delinquency on the sale of cocaine charge.
