Plaintiff, Timothy T. Clark, filed suit against four defendants, seeking damages for injuries he sustained when he was driving a fork lift truck that rolled backward off of a dock leveling platform. Defendant Hajack Equipment Company was dismissed from the lawsuit upon summary judgment, and it is from this judgment that Clark appeals.
