Jimmie Lee Hobbs was convicted by a jury of aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3427), first-degree felony murder (K.S.A. 21-3401), and unlawful possession of a firearm (K.S.A. 21-4204). Hobbs received a controlling sentence of life plus three to ten years.
