MEMORANDUM OPINION

LATCHUM, Senior District Judge.

This suit was brought by Darlene Anthes against Transworld Systems, Inc. ("TSI"), on May 30, 1990, for alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. (Docket Item ["D.I."] 1). The plaintiff has alleged at least twelve separate violations of the FDCPA arising from five letters received by her from June to August of 1989.
