Marifarms Oil & Gas, Inc. (the Corporation) and Marifarms Oil & Gas 1977, a Limited Partnership (the Partnership) appeal a judgment against them awarding John Westhoff, trustee, $347.00 in accrued and unpaid royalties, and terminating their interest in the Roark oil, gas and mineral lease on property now held by Westhoff. The judgment also awarded Westhoff $6,000.00 as attorney...
