This case involves four consolidated appeals from decisions of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board and the Workers' Compensation Commissioner dealing with hearing loss. The consolidation grows out of the confusion that confronts this Court by the records on appeal for hearing loss awards. Uniform testing is not something that is routinely found in the cases which come before us. The lack of standardized hearing loss testing creates utter confusion...
