Plaintiff, a Vermont resident, brought suit in Vermont state court alleging breach of contract and misrepresentation relating to the possibility of his obtaining a franchise for a Domino's Pizza outlet. Defendant had the case removed to this Court on diversity grounds and now moves for dismissal or, in the alternative, transfer of venue to the Central District of California...
