Darrel and Dixie Hoglan applied for and received a VISA credit card account from First Security Bank of Idaho, N.A. ("First Security"). The account was for the personal use of the Hoglans. The Hoglans' closely held corporation, D.R. Hoglan Construction, Inc., subsequently filed for bankruptcy, and in accordance with bank policy, First Security canceled the Hoglans' VISA account.
