HOGAN, Judge.
This is an action for damages arising out of the defendants' alleged conversion of plaintiff's security interest in 88 head of cattle. A jury trial resulted in a verdict for the defendants. The plaintiff appealed. Upon review this court found that prejudicial error had been committed in submitting a question of law to the jury. The judgment was reversed and the cause was remanded.
