OPINION

BAIRD, Judge.

A jury convicted appellant of capital murder pursuant to Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 19.-03(aX2). The jury answered the three special issues in the affirmative and appellant was sentenced to death. Tex.Code Crim. ProcAnn. art. 37.071. Appellant raises twenty five points of error. We will affirm appellant's conviction and sentence.
