This is an action to determine whether a debt is non-dischargeable. Debtor Tracy Price is an insurance agent. Debtor Jill Price, his wife, at various times assisted in his insurance business. Through a relative, the Prices met Plaintiff Ted Smith. Smith, who is now 79 years old, is retired after having worked various jobs as a laborer.
