Philip and Virginia Johnson appeal a final order dismissing their counterclaim with prejudice. We reverse.

Allen, Knudsen, DeBoest, Edwards & Rhodes, P.A., sued the Johnsons for attorneys' fees earned by litigation in 1984 and 1985.
