Appellant, The Henhill Corporation, appeals a final summary judgment in favor of appellee, the State, on the State's forfeiture action under the Florida Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO). §§ 895.01-.09, Fla. Stat. (1989). We reverse and remand.
