PER CURIAM:

The defendant in this case was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court of Cabell County of driving under the influence of alcohol in violation of W.Va.Code, 17C-5-2. On appeal, among other things, he claims that the trial court prejudiced his case by improperly examining one of his witnesses and by ordering the arrest of that witness in the presence of the jury.
