KENNEDY, Justice.

The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, ("the City") appeals a $2,416,176.00 judgment in favor of Bayfront Associates, Ltd., in Bayfront's suit for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. The City raises nineteen points of error challenging the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury's verdict, the admission of certain evidence, the jury charge, and the trial court's award of prejudgment interest.
