This is an appeal from a judgment of the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas overruling appellant's objections to a referee's report and recommendations. Appellant's main objection was to that portion of the referee's report that recommended that appellee's child support obligation be reduced from $128.86 per week to $28 plus two percent poundage per week. The court adopted the referee's report in a judgment entry and appellant filed timely objections...
