The issue presented is whether the double jeopardy clauses of the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States and Section 13 of the Constitution of Kentucky permit multiple prosecutions for receiving stolen property when the evidence reveals that all of the stolen property was received at the same time but retained or disposed of separately.
