Tri-Continental Leasing Corporation has appealed from a district court judgment dismissing its claims against Richard Gunter and G. Jane Gunter, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Larry A. Gunter, Deceased, and from a judgment denying its motion for amended findings of fact or a new trial. The Gunters cross-appealed. We affirm.
