The circuit court of Adams County, following a petition for direction, determined that maintenance provided in the 1983 judgment for dissolution of marriage was, in fact, maintenance in gross and, thus, not terminated by the remarriage of the respondent Phyllis Harwood, formerly Phyllis Sherrick.
