PRICE, Justice.

Appellants, Donnel Ray Anders, et al., were plaintiffs in a suit in Harris County against Mallard and Mallard, Inc. ("Mallard"). Appellants sued Mallard for negligence, gross negligence, conspiracy, failure to warn plaintiffs of the danger of flooding, and violation of Tex.Water Code Ann. § 11.086 (Vernon 1988). Mallard filed a motion for summary judgment alleging appellants' causes of action were barred by the statute of limitations...
