PER CURIAM.

The appellant appeals a summary judgment entered by the trial court. The appellees have filed with this court a confession of error and have agreed to the entry of an order by this court reversing the trial court's summary judgment. Accordingly, we hereby reverse the summary judgment entered by the trial court and remand for further proceedings not inconsistent with this order.
