Plaintiff appeals as of right from the trial court's grant of summary disposition in favor of defendants under MCR 2.116(C)(8), failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Plaintiff contends that the trial court erred when it ruled that defendant Lantz, as a Boy Scout troop leader, owed no duty to discharge plaintiff, a troop member, from his vehicle in a safe location.
