Ordered that the judgment dated May 3, 1989, is modified, on the law, by deleting the award of $75,000 for conscious pain and suffering and by reducing the total principal sum of $452,010 to the principal sum of $377,010; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements, so much of the interlocutory judgment entered November...
