Plaintiffs-appellants, Upjohn Company ("Upjohn") and Angela Thomas, appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims granting the motion to dismiss of defendant-appellee, Ohio Department of Human Services ("ODHS"), as to all of Upjohn's claims and all of Thomas's claims except negligent processing.
