Plaintiff Leslie Shaw commenced this action against defendants Rolex Watch U.S.A., Inc. and Rolex Industries, Inc. (collectively "Rolex") on June 30, 1986, claiming that he suffered injuries resulting from defendants' alleged violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c) and (d).
