Plaintiff Jamaica Commodity Trading Company Limited ("JCTC") commenced this contract action on May 22, 1987 against defendant Connell Rice & Sugar, Inc. ("CRS") for damages totalling $123,606.90 plus interest. JCTC alleges that sum constitutes the total of an award rendered on October 17, 1986 plus fees and legal costs claimed to have arisen out of the related arbitration...
