This appeal challenging the discretionary aspects of appellant's sentence requires us to determine whether 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 9781(b) violates the right of appeal guaranteed by Article V, Section 9 of the Pennsylvania Constitution. We have reviewed appellant's Rule 2119(f) statement and find that it does not raise a substantial question as to the appropriateness of the sentence imposed.
