Rodney Carr ("movant") appeals from an order denying his pro se motion under Rule 29.15, Missouri Rules of Criminal Procedure (19th ed. 1988), to vacate his conviction of capital murder and sentence to life imprisonment without eligibility for parole for 50 years.
