Plaintiff Mary Kathleen Henderson (Henderson) appeals from an order of the Fifth Circuit court granting summary judgment to defendants-appellees John Phelps (Phelps) and Professional Coatings Corp. (Professional Coatings). Henderson alleges that Phelps and Professional Coatings are liable for the acts of certain employees that led to an automobile accident in which Henderson was injured.
