This case is before the Court upon an appeal from the October 4, 1990, final order of the Circuit Court of Hardy County which granted a permanent injunction in favor of the appellees. This injunction enjoined the appellant, Grace Development Company (hereinafter referred to as Grace), from using a road constructed by Grace on the land owned by the appellees, without the appellees' permission,1 and prohibited the appellant...
