(Bandidos) appeals the trial court grant of summary judgment in favor of the Journal Gazette Co., Inc., Fort Wayne Newspapers, Inc., and publisher Richard Inskeep (collectively, the Newspaper). Bandidos filed suit for compensatory and punitive damages alleging the Newspaper printed a libelous headline resulting in substantial business losses.
