Plaintiffs sought damages for personal injury to plaintiff Pamela D. Knight. They appeal from the dismissal of their petition.

Mrs. Knight was injured on August 6, 1988, while working as an employee at a grocery store operated by defendants. Defendants did not have workers' compensation insurance nor did they qualify as selfinsurers.
